Dr. de Mutsert serves on the Technical Team in a design competition called “Changing Course.”

This competition is an innovative approach to help create a more sustainable Mississippi River Delta, which brings together teams from around the world. As a member of the Technical Team, Dr. de Mutsert provides expert advice related to fish and fisheries on delta planning, advises participating teams, and establishes consistent measures of evaluation for the competition.
